Aberdeen Property Networking October Event
Join us on Tuesday 20th October at 6.30pm at Atlantic House, for an evening of property insight, conversation and networking with people from across Aberdeen and the North East’s property community.
This month, we’ll be joined by Vincent Spangenberg, Director of Pebble Mountain Properties, who will be speaking about Awaab’s Law and what it means for those working within the property and lettings sector.
Awaab’s Law introduces important requirements around how landlords respond to hazards within rented homes, making this a particularly relevant topic for landlords, letting agents and anyone involved in the management of residential property.
Vincent will take us through the subject from the perspective of someone working directly within the lettings industry, helping us understand the implications and what property professionals need to be aware of.
As always, the presentation is only part of the evening. APN is also an opportunity to meet other people working and investing in property across Aberdeen and the North East, exchange ideas, build relationships and have the conversations that often prove just as valuable as the speaker sessions themselves.
